CLIENT QUICK REFERENCE
Everything you may need while working with Plentifor, from fund requests and operating hours to bills, changes and your activity reports.
Send fund requests from your authorised email address, including the amount, where the funds should come from and the account they should go to.
Requests are processed in our transfer runs at 9:30 am, 12:30 pm and 3:00 pm AEST, and need to arrive at least five minutes before a run. Requests after the final run are generally processed the next business day.
Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm AEST.
We’re closed on weekends, so please arrange any weekend funds before the final Friday transfer run. Changes to public holiday processing will be communicated to you directly.
Please send bills as soon as they arrive, and let us know in writing when an income amount, expense, due date or regular commitment changes, so we can keep the right amount set aside.
Your activity report is emailed every Monday and Thursday, covering everything since your previous report. You can request an updated report at any time during business hours.
Once your first income has been received and processed, you’ll receive one short training video a day for five days, explaining how to read each part of your report. Further help is always available.
Email is the quickest way to reach us, and it keeps a clear record of your requests. Our team is here Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm AEST, and we reply within one business day.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Can’t find your answer? Megan is happy to help in your free first meeting.
Plentifor is designed for individuals, couples and families with a reliable income who want more organisation and clarity around their finances. Our clients come from all walks of life, including trades, nursing, teaching, mining, seafaring, IT, business ownership, government, policing, management and office-based roles.
Yes. Your first online meeting with Megan is free and doesn’t commit you to joining. It also lets us check that the service suits you, and that we have the capacity to support you properly.
No. Meetings are held online through Microsoft Teams and are booked in advance.
Not at all. You don’t need to understand financial terms, spreadsheets or complicated systems. We explain everything in plain language and make sure you understand how your finances will be managed.
We’ll ask about your income, regular and variable expenses, bills, debts, annual costs, spending needs, savings and goals. You don’t need everything perfectly organised first. We guide you one step at a time, with clear instructions about what we need and why, so you’re never handed a long list to work through alone.
Never. Life happens, and money isn’t always easy to talk about. Our first meeting is about understanding where things are now and what’s realistic from here. We meet you where you are and help you move forward, one step at a time.
Sometimes, yes. If there’s enough income to work with, we can organise your money, bring bills up to date and create a structure that makes ongoing expenses easier to manage. If your situation needs formal hardship arrangements, debt assistance or bankruptcy support, we’ll tell you honestly and point you towards an organisation that’s equipped to help.
No. Plentifor is an ongoing income and expense management service. We receive and allocate your income, set aside funds, manage agreed payments, process requests and provide reports. We don’t provide financial product advice, counselling or an on-demand coaching service.
Not quite. Financial planners generally focus on investments, retirement and long-term strategy. Plentifor manages the day-to-day side: organising your income, managing bills and expenses, setting aside funds for upcoming costs and keeping your goals on track. Rather than giving advice and leaving you to put it into action, we manage the agreed administration for you.
We receive your income, manage your bills and planned expenses, set aside money for upcoming costs and provide clear reports showing where your money is going. Depending on your service option, we can also manage savings, goals and personal spending allowances, all organised around an agreed plan.
It’s the opposite. We take care of the behind-the-scenes work, including managing bills, organising your finances and keeping you informed with clear reports. You still make the decisions, without having to keep track of every detail.
You’re not alone. Many people earn well but find their money disappears without the progress they expected. Plentifor shows you exactly where your money is going and builds a structure around your income, bills, spending, savings and goals, so your income works more deliberately.
That’s understandable. Knowing what to do with your money is very different from having someone help you put it into practice. Plentifor isn’t another system to keep up with. The day-to-day administration is managed for you, with clear reports so you can see what’s happening.
Many clients tell us they feel relief after the very first meeting, simply because someone finally understands the whole picture. From there, Plentifor keeps bills paid, spending organised and savings moving. Over time, clients may make progress towards goals that once felt out of reach, from building savings or reducing debt to preparing for a home or enjoying a holiday. Results differ for everyone, but the aim is the same: less financial stress and more clarity.
Yes. You make the financial decisions, and Plentifor manages the day-to-day administration. Your income is paid into the Plentifor account and allocated according to your agreed structure, keeping bill money separate from money for spending and savings. You don’t have direct access to the Plentifor account, but your Monday and Thursday activity reports show exactly how your money has been allocated and what’s available to you. If you need funds held for bills or savings, you can request them during business hours. Requests outside your agreed structure may involve an administration fee where extra work is needed to rearrange scheduled payments.
It depends on your service option. With Silver, once your agreed bills and expenses are covered, any excess income is released to you each pay cycle. With Gold, we also manage your savings and goals, so those funds stay under management and keep working towards what you’ve planned, and you can request them from your authorised email address at any time. We can also set up an agreed emergency reserve for unexpected bill increases or larger requests. For your security, unusual requests or changes to account details may be paused while we confirm them with you.
It’s a very personal decision, and we never take it lightly. Plentifor is built on clear processes, transparent reporting and agreed responsibilities, and your reports show exactly how your funds are allocated. Megan brings more than 30 years’ experience across finance and real estate, together with ongoing professional development and compliance requirements, and you’re always welcome to ask questions.
Yes. We can manage one partner’s finances even if the other partner doesn’t use the service. Where household expenses are shared, we manage your agreed share, for example 50% of a household bill. Each client’s information and reports stay confidential. If your partner joins later, we can keep your finances separate or combine them into a shared arrangement. Fees are based on the finances we’re engaged to manage.
Yes. Different spending habits are common, and they don’t mean one person is right and the other is wrong. We bring structure and clarity to how your household money is managed, so you both know what’s available for bills, spending and savings, and day-to-day money management is taken out of the middle of your relationship.
Plentifor offers three options. Bronze is a one-off budget and plan that you then manage yourself, and you’re welcome to talk to us about moving to Silver or Gold at any time. With Silver, your income and bills are managed for you, and Gold adds your savings and goals. Silver and Gold have a flat weekly fee based on whether you’re single or a couple, plus a one-off establishment fee. We never take a percentage of your income. Silver and Gold also come with a 3-month guarantee: if you’re not happy within your first three months, we’ll refund the weekly service fees you’ve paid.
Email is our main way of communicating, because it keeps a clear written record of requests and changes. Online meetings and phone calls are available by appointment. Plentifor isn’t an on-demand call centre.
Send us your bills as they arrive. We update the amount in your plan and our system automatically adjusts what’s being set aside, so your plan always reflects your actual bills. You don’t need to work out the adjustment yourself.
Please talk to us before committing to something like a vehicle loan, finance agreement, new subscription or school fees. We’ll look at it against your income, expenses and priorities. If the figures work, we’ll add it and adjust your allocations. If they don’t, we’ll explain why and show you what would need to change. We can’t make an unaffordable commitment work simply by adding it to the plan.
Your income, expenses and priorities can change, and your structure changes with them. When something significant changes, we review your plan with you and adjust the allocations so your money keeps working around your circumstances.
