THE PEOPLE BEHIND PLENTIFOR
Behind the systems, reports and financial administration is a small team who believe managing money should feel organised, transparent and personal.
Meet the people behind Plentifor, learn how Megan’s experience shaped the service and discover the values that guide the way we work with every client.
MEET MEGAN
For eighteen years, Megan built her career in the real estate industry, embracing every opportunity to learn, grow and take on new responsibility.
The beginning
Megan began as a trainee in Real Estate Agency Administration with the REIQ while still in her late teens, then worked across property management, sales administration and business operations, relocating whenever a new opportunity let her build new skills.
Sydney
As Personal Assistant to the CEO, she helped launch her company’s New South Wales operations, supporting business development and establishing the brand in a new market.
Back in Queensland
Her career continued to progress through commercial real estate, residential sales and business leadership.
Gold Coast
Appointed Branch Manager of a newly established office, Megan built and led the team: recruiting salespeople, mentoring staff, growing the property management division and attending listing presentations and auctions alongside the business owners.
Townsville
Seeking a new challenge, she became Licensee in Charge of a newly developed 132-unit resort-style complex, securing management rights, leasing apartments, supporting owners and tenants and establishing the business from the ground up.
THE TURNING POINT
The role was incredibly rewarding, but managing such a large operation largely on her own eventually led to burnout. That experience became the turning point in her life.
Fortunately, Megan had built a solid financial foundation through disciplined saving and investing. Having money behind her gave her the freedom to step away, recover and reassess what she truly wanted from life.
Having money behind me gave me choices when I needed them most.

WHY PLENTIFOR EXISTS
Growing up, Megan saw very different approaches to managing money, and came to appreciate both the opportunities good financial habits create and the stress poor money management can cause. Throughout her career she kept building her own financial knowledge, growing a portfolio of investment properties and refining the systems she relied on in her own life.
The more she spoke with friends, colleagues and clients, the more she realised that many hardworking Australians weren’t struggling because they lacked income. They were struggling because they lacked a practical system that made managing money simple and consistent.
In 2008, Megan turned that belief into action, founding the business that would become Plentifor.
Plentifor wasn’t created because Megan wanted to start a business. It was created because she knew there had to be a better way.

01
We treat every client as a person. We listen without judgement and communicate with patience, warmth and respect.
02
We’re honest about what we do, what we don’t do and who the service is right for. Trust is built through truthful communication and responsible action.
03
We take ownership of our work. If something needs attention, we respond clearly, act quickly and keep you informed.
04
You should always understand where your money is allocated and what’s happening in your account. Our systems, reports and communication are designed to remove uncertainty.

We do what we say we will do.

LIFE OUTSIDE PLENTIFOR
Outside Plentifor, Megan dedicates much of her time to wildlife care, specialising in the rehabilitation of brushtail possums before their release back into the wild. At home, she shares her life with EZ, her Manx cat, and Xena, her much-loved senior dog and long-time companion.
Wildlife care requires patience, consistency and close attention to the smallest details. It’s a deeply meaningful part of Megan’s life, and reflects the genuine sense of responsibility she brings to everything entrusted to her.
MEET ME ONLINE
Choosing someone to help manage your everyday finances is a personal decision. An introductory meeting is a chance to meet Megan, explain what you’d like help with and understand how the Plentifor service works.
It takes place online through Microsoft Teams, with no pressure to proceed. It’s simply a clear, relaxed conversation about your circumstances and whether Plentifor feels right for you.
“Money has the power to create opportunity, reduce stress and give you choices. My goal is simple: to help you experience that peace of mind, so you can spend less time worrying about money and more time enjoying the life you’re working so hard to build.”
Your money, organised. Your life, a little lighter.
